Fencing is one of the most difficult and highly coordinated sports. Sports fencing is a champion among all sports in terms of the requirements for reactive activity of skeletal muscles and the nervous system. Simply put, there is no sport that would require more reaction and greater speed of movement, recruited simultaneously. If the sprinter develops a constant speed while running for 100 meters, with which it is difficult to compare something, then the fencer develops a speed of movement that is 15–20 times higher than the speed of movement in the space of the sprinter!

Seriously, we can’t imagine the same fabulous one – the heroes and the few heroines of fairy tales and movies are immediately remembered – and an elegant way to dilute a sedentary lifestyle, like fencing. We talked with coaches and athletes and found out that even for a busy and not very physically developed city dweller, fencing is available in the same way as bored aerobics and yoga (or boxing, crossfit and rock climbing that we mentioned). AIKIDO
Aiki-do is a very young martial art, but it embodied the principles and methods that span more than one hundred years. Ueshiba Morihei (1883 – 1969), a descendant of an ancient samurai family from Wakayama Prefecture, is considered the creator of aikido.
Aiki-do from the very beginning suggests that every person has a certain supply of ki vital energy, concentrated in the center of the hara. This energy can be directed in any direction. Aiki-do uses the principle of controlled control. The enemy is given the freedom to move wherever he wants, but any of his movements is under constant control. Attention does not relax for a second.
